The Rancilio Silvia Pro X espresso machine is the ideal solution for the experienced home barista. In addition to the pressure gauge to keep the pressure in the coffee boiler under control at all times, there is also the soft infusion, an additional function for extracting all types of coffee in the best possible way. The programmable soft infusion allows you to pre-infuse during the brewing process for 2-6 seconds.

Dual Boiler Technology

With the new 2-boiler design, you can brew and steam milk right after each other (or at the same time), without having to wait for a single boiler to heat up or cool down.

Soft Infusion Function

By activating the soft infusion function, water is distributed at reduced pressure from the brewing kettle gently to the coffee puck. This function, with adjustable duration from 0 to 6 seconds, allows the coffee puck to be prepared in the best possible way and promotes an even and efficient extraction, i.e. able to preserve and enhance the sensory characteristics of each type of blend or single origin coffee.

Thermal Stability:

The Silvia Pro’s impressive thermal stability puts it in the top class of commercial espresso machines, offering extremely precise temperature delivery for espresso.

Digital Display:

Digital display with settings menu, shot timer, temperature indicator, water alert. The power-on timer automatically switch on the machine after a preset period of time.
